Feb 6th North Shore Anishinabek Cannabis Association Meeting to be held in North Bay

Across Turtle Island, Indigenous people are exercising their rights to grow, trade, and sell cannabis according to their own customs and conventions. If you are an Anishinabek cannabis consumer, retailer, grower, elder or medicine person and you want to be involved in supporting the growth and success of the sovereign indigenous cannabis movement, then this meeting is for you. 

Draft Agenda

12pm – Report from the Anishinaabe Clans Sovereignty Rally re Anishinabek Nations Governance Agreement.

1:30pm – Presentation and discussion concerning Constitutional Challenge to 1850 Robinson Huron treaty by Nippissing Hunters and Fishermen.

2:30pm – Presentation and discussion concerning Constitutional Challenge to Cannabis Act being raised by 8 raided dispensaries. 

3:30pm – Next steps for building the NSACA. Upcoming meetings, speaking tours, and selection of representatives.
