Last month, Nova Scotia announced a crackdown on illegal cannabis dispensaries. Since then, Premier Tim Houston has faced criticism and questions about the reason behind the decision. Now his government is only giving a vague explanation on how it determined there are 118 illegal dispensaries in the province. The CBC’s Shaina Luck has the story.
